In association with Kimberley Birdwatching, Reptiles by Request is offering those of you with a keen sense of adventure, the very first chance to experience the epitome of Australia’s native fauna up close and personal out the back of beyond.

The Kimberley is the most fantastically rugged and wild place in the far north of Australia. Virtually untouched wilderness, inviting the discovery of self and of the natural and cultural world, extends for miles beyond eco-friendly camp sites dotted throughout the landscape.

Let Kimberley Birdwatching and Reptiles by Request take you on a journey you won’t forget. By day you could be sharing a watering hole with Gouldian Finches and by night you could be pacing out the length of a giant Olive Python that is crossing a lonely highway under the cover of darkness. Ornithological expert, Mr George Swan and Dr Mitch Ladyman will be right there by your side to share the experience and the benefits of their local knowledge with you.

This is a tour opportunity driven by passion. Kimberley Birdwatching is a licenced tour operation that has been undertaking remote tours for nearly 10 years (see www.kimberleybirdwatching.com.au). In addition, our herpetologists are licenced to work with protected native fauna, including reptiles and amphibians. Together we offer a tour opportunity no other company can!

So…if anyone has ever entertained the idea of getting out the back of beyond and coming face to face with some of Australia's most impressive reptiles and most spectacular birds, then this might be your chance.

Tours require a full booking of six passengers and it is estimated that the tour will cost approximately $1500 for four (4) days and three (3) nights inclusive of food and bedding.

Corporate DStress is an exercise in learning self-confidence in the professional workplace. For reasons un-be-known to us here at Reptiles by Request, some people are not particularly confident handling snakes. So having the opportunity to challenge yourself and overcome your fears, in a comfortable, familiar and fun settig among your colleges, is a great way to build confidence and boost morale in the workplace.

Bouncing off a successful career as a scientist and biological consultant, Mitch is ever-enthusiastic about his own career and he is able to imbue that enthusiasm on his audience. For the past three years, Mitch has been a key presenter at the WA Gould League Wild Science Festival which promotes careers in science. The West Australian Reptile Park (www.skp.com.au/reptiles.htm) provides the snakes for such presentations. Engaging Reptiles by Request for your presentation helps to support a local wildlife conservation park, and that is a great bonus.
